Notice
★Try to avoid touching sharp or high-temperature objects during printing production, so as not to scratch and affect the effect of heat.
★Before printing, the film should be stored in a room with a constant temperature and relatively low humidity, so as not to affect normal printing, such as quality problems such as inking and static electricity.
★After the offset color printing, it must be stacked selectively according to the ink volume. When the ink layer of large ink volume and four-color overlay printing is not dry, the stacking should be reduced as much as possible. It is recommended that no more than 20 sheets are used to prevent Color anti-sticky;
★It is recommended to put it in a dehumidification room at about 40 degrees for drying, the dehumidification time is 12 hours, and the color printing ink layer is dried before the next screen printing operation, so as not to affect the overall effect of the heat transfer product;
★Screen printing is directly printed, and color printing needs to be printed after adding gold oil;
★ After the 7.5C release film is printed, the baking temperature is recommended to be 50-75 degrees, and after the 10C release film is printed, the baking temperature is recommended to be 70-95 degrees to prevent the film from being deformed due to excessive temperature. Position inaccuracy phenomenon.
★Under normal circumstances, the opening side and left cut corner of the package are the printing side.
