PLA Advantage:

PLA stands for Polylactic acid and it is the chemical name of a plastic made from corn. PLA is a biodegradable plastic and it is a highly transparent and stiff plastic. PLA plastics look and act like the traditional petroleum base plastics (PS, PP and PET) but the environmental impact is much less negative. PLA plastic can be processed on any standard vacuum form equipment. Postprocessing like cutting, printing and hot sealing can be done very well.

Sealable PLA film offers several advantages over traditional plastic films. It is biodegradable, meaning it can break down naturally in the environment, reducing waste and pollution. It is also compostable, making it suitable for use in composting facilities.
