There are countless applications for HDPE, ranging from reusable thin-walled beverage cups to 5-GSL cans, which consume 1/5 of domestically produced HDPE. General melt index of injection grade is 5 ~ 10, and there are low fluidity grade with toughness and high fluidity grade with machinability. General HDPE melting point is 142℃, decomposition temperature of 300℃; The adjustable range of injection temperature is large. When injection molding, the general use of temperature is 180℃-230℃; Because it is an olefin type of Plastic , it does not absorb water, production, do not need to dry, but in order to product quality, can be used to 60℃ drying 1hr, in order to discharge floating water; Polyethylene melt viscosity, flow length ratio is small, thin-walled products may be lack of glue, therefore, the gate and flow channel is relatively large; Products easy with static electricity, the surface is easy to absorb. The shrinkage rate was 16‰ and the overflow boundary value was 0.05mm.
